◼︎Details
- Capable of measuring 0.1 (100ml) ~3.5L/min.
-Can be connected to a 3mm inner diameter soft tube or a 4mm inner diameter laminated tube using the special fitting "DFS-100-T" sold separately. Please contact us for details.
*Regarding the recommended tightening torque, apply two or more wraps of sealing tape to the body threads, attach the dedicated joint, and tighten to 1.5N・m.

・Detection of abnormalities in piping lines
・Dispense line discharge amount control
・Proportional control of liquid mixing
・Remaining amount management by integrating the amount of liquid used
■Precautions for use
If foreign matter gets inside this flow sensor, it will cause performance problems such as malfunction or leakage, so we recommend using a filter.
