Circ-it can be used in combination with UltraVision to detect circumferential welds on thin pipes such as boiler tube piping. Online S-SCAN images offer excellent visibility, and UltraVision's Volumetric Merge feature enables quick and efficient offline analysis.
■Features
・Manual 1-axis encoded scanner provides efficient and reliable inspection.
- Due to its ultra-thin design, it can be installed with a gap of 11 mm even if the gap around the pipe to be inspected is narrow.
- Suitable for flaw detection on small diameter pipes from 21.4mm to 114.3mm outside diameter, and the wedge can be replaced to match the outside diameter of the pipe.
-Uses an ultra-thin curvature array probe, which enables optimal focusing point alignment even in thin piping such as boiler tube piping, and allows detection of various welding defects.
・Flaws can be detected from both sides of the weld line simultaneously, allowing the entire area of the weld and heat-affected zone to be inspected quickly and easily. It is also possible to detect flaws on only one side.
