About This Product

■Summary

A splitter box is built into the front panel to connect two phased array probes without the need for accessories. Additionally, both UT channels and phased array channels are integrated into the same unit, providing flexibility. Since it is possible to excite a phased array with high output, it can also be used to inspect thick-walled materials and highly attenuated materials. Features

■Built-in splitter box allows simultaneous excitation of two apertures (32:128 or 16:64)

Single phased array probe inspection allows the use of up to 128 elements. In addition, for dual phased array probe inspection, it is possible to use 1 to 64 elements on the P1 connector and 65 to 128 elements on the P2 connector, making it possible to use a probe with a maximum of 64 elements.

■PA channel can be excited at 100V

Since the phased array channel can be excited at 100V, it is possible to detect flaws in thick-walled materials and highly attenuated materials.

■Has 2CH (P/R) conventional UT dedicated CH and can be excited at 200V

Equipped with a 2-channel transmitter/receiver (P/R) UT, it is possible to place the probes facing each other across the weld line and collect TOFD data at the same time while performing phased array flaw detection.

■Has TimeReversal function

The TimeReversal function (Note) enables flaw detection of parts with a wide variety of shape changes, such as those found in composite materials.

PA-UT inspection technology that processes "surface shape profiling" in real time. The surface shape of the object to be inspected is measured in real time inside the flaw detector, and the delay time of the transmitted wave is corrected according to the surface shape. This makes it possible to accurately detect flaws even in areas with changes in shape.

A single UltraVision can control up to 10 QUARTZ units, allowing multiple units to be synchronized with a single cable connection.
