■Industry-leading 128ch real-time total focusing method (Real Time TFM) function
By focusing on the entire inspection range with the TFM function, defects can be identified even by non-seasoned inspectors. Panther2 improves defect detection and facilitates defect characterization by reconstructing high-resolution TFM images of over 1 million pixels in real time.
■Adaptive TFM function
By correcting the inclination of the probe to the surface and the surface shape of the inspection target in real time, ultrasonic inspection can be applied to inspection targets whose flaw detection surface is not flat.
■Compact, robust and highly expandable
Panther2 has a compact body with IP54 dust and splash resistance. In addition, it has a configuration that allows parallel stacking (up to 16 units with 128 channels), making it possible to control multiple Panther2 units at once from one platform and display data simultaneously, optimizing costs and productivity.
