About This Product

Features of Tokupi Pump

■Seal mechanism (no lubrication, no water leakage)

Water leaking from the A seal on the high pressure side is stopped at the B seal on the low pressure side, and then flows back to the suction side, making it difficult for water to leak to the outside. Can be used without lubrication.

■Ceramic plunger (replaceable)

- Ceramic plunger has less wear and is less likely to get scratched, so the seal will last longer. - Ceramic is centered and fixed with a locking agent.

■Seal (long life, easy to replace)

・The seal part uses the highest quality T-N-B* synthetic packing. ・Since it is a backup type, it has an effective packing action against high pressure. ・Seal life is 2,000 hours of operation in an in-house test (tap water, room temperature) at the pressure and water volume shown in the catalog. ・※T Teflon N Nitrile B Bronze

■Direct drive (easy centering)

・AD and D types are high-speed designs that can be used directly connected to an engine or motor. ・Can also be used with pulley reduction.

■Pumps for special purposes

Our high-pressure pump uses a ceramic plunger and features a long service life. We also manufacture the following types of pumps. ・High-pressure pump compatible with ultrapure water... All wetted parts are made of SUS material, and the seal part is made of a special material. ・Stainless steel high pressure pump...All wetted parts are made of SUS material. ・NBR is standard for seals on wetted parts. Compatible with various liquids using optional fluororubber, PTFE, and polymeric polyethylene.

■Caution

When using the pump, be sure to fill the crank chamber with oil before operation. Please use engine oil SAE10W-30 or industrial lubricating oil ISO VG100~150 grade. Hydraulic fluid cannot be used.

■Example of use of high pressure pump

From manual handles such as sluice gates, automation and safety are possible with water pressure pumps.

■Pumps for special purposes

Our high-pressure pumps are made of ceramic and have a long lifespan, but we also manufacture the following types of pumps: - Stainless steel high pressure pump - All wetted parts are made of SUS material. ・Aluminum bronze high pressure pump ・All wetted parts are made of ALBC and SUS materials. ・Seals for wetted parts are made of NBR (nitrile rubber) or fluoro rubber.
