■Native Protein A ligandNative Protein A is a purified ligand used to isolate IgG from crude protein mixtures. It binds with high affinity to the Fc region of IgG. When immobilized on a matrix such as Sepharose, Protein A (native) can be used to separate IgG from crude protein mixtures.
