About This Product

Cut the surface protection film into narrow widths. We have cutting machines for not only 100M rolls and 200M rolls, but also long products from 1,000M. Surface protection films have weak adhesion and residual stress in the base material is high, so creating slit widths greatly increases the risk of the so-called bamboo shoot phenomenon. At our company, in order to reduce residual stress in the base material, we unwind the material once and then slit it. Additionally, by using a special paper tube with integrated cushioning material on the outer periphery of the paper tube, the risk of telescoping is reduced. ■Rewind to relieve residual stress

■Width cut

Slit with a round blade to reduce loss.

■Curing
