■Features and benefits
・Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM) allows for flexible mixing of multiple solvents, allowing you to mix four types of solvents in any combination or ratio. Flow rates range from 0.001 mL to 2.2 mL, and an optional built-in solvent selection valve allows for up to nine different solvents for even more flexibility. Automated solvent compressibility allows you to use any solvent in any combination without compromising accuracy or precision.
・High injection accuracy due to direct injection sampling method. Needle inflow path design ensures accurate needle sealing even under high pressure. Compatible with injection volumes from 0.1 μL to 1 mL. Programmable instrument method settings minimize carryover, making it ideal for use with the most sensitive mass spectrometers.
- Accurate temperature control throughout the column. Configurations of 1 to 6 columns are possible. Each column has a temperature control zone with an individual active preheater, allowing temperatures to be set from 4 to 90 °C.
・Low diffusion detection function. The ACQUITY UPLC H-Class System is the only quaternary LC system with a versatile detector optimized for true UPLC performance. The electronics and optical path have been optimized for sharp UPLC peaks with minimal dispersion, resulting in best-in-class sensitivity and reproducibility with accurate quantification.
