INERTSUSTAIN AQ-C18 is an ODS column designed to keep high-polar compounds more strongly compared to general ODS columns while having high inactivity and high durability (Sustain). By introducing the ODS group so that the binding interval is optimal, we have succeeded in retaining the high polar compound under the solution conditions close to 100%water. ■ Features 1 Excellent holding power in high polarity (hydrophilic) compounds When analyzing a high -polar compound with an inverted phase column, the organic solvent concentration of the lolve solution is reduced, but even in conditions close to 100%water, the purpose component may be eluted near T0.
