About This Product

■Features

Although fluororubber has excellent chemical and heat resistance, it has disadvantages such as poor abrasion resistance and non-stick properties. A111BK is a special fluororubber that maintains the chemical resistance and heat resistance of fluororubber, but has significantly improved friction resistance and non-stick properties. Unlike film coatings, non-adhesive fluororubber is a product treated with a surface modification method, so its properties are maintained semi-permanently and the coating will not peel off.

・Reduced friction during installation ・Prevention of adhesion and sticking of parts

■Characteristics

・Surface treatment was applied to FKM to reduce frictional force and make it non-adhesive. ・Unlike coating treatment, the effect is long-lasting and there is no need to worry about peeling off. ・Maximum usable temperature 220℃
