About This Product

■Features

While high-performance materials such as perfluorinated materials (FFKM) are useful for a wide variety of applications, they are generally expensive and are not preferred as consumable sealants. Therefore, our company has developed "Exzeus A101BK", a material that has heat resistance up to 280℃, although it is not as good as perfluoro material (FFKM). This Exzeus A101BK exhibits properties similar to fluororubber, but it has excellent heat resistance and can lower running costs by replacing perfluoro material (FFKM) in the temperature range up to 280℃. Since we can also manufacture pre-baked products, we can flexibly respond to non-standard O-ring sizes.
