About This Product
CrystalSCAN allows you to study crystallization conditions (measurement of solubility, supersaturated solubility curve, and metastable zone (MSZW)). By automatically heating, cooling, and diluting each sample, the dissolution of compounds and precipitation of crystals are detected using a turbidity meter, and the dissolution and precipitation temperatures of each concentration are automatically detected. Different conditions can be set for each vessel. You can create MSZW plots using temperature and turbidity data using the included software. Additionally, since it can be output as a CSV file, data analysis can be done using other spreadsheet software.

This is an automatic measurement system for solubility curves and supersaturation curves. The sample heating → dilution → cooling cycle is repeated according to the program, and the temperature and turbidity are monitored during this cycle to automatically detect the dissolution/precipitation temperature of crystals at each concentration. This value gives the solubility curve (S)/supersolubility curve (SS)/metastable region (MSZW). You can choose 4-vessel or 8-vessel types, and set different conditions for each vessel. Temperature and turbidity data are displayed graphically and can be analyzed using the included iQ software to create MSZW plots. You can also analyze data using your own Excel.
