As a world leader in continuous flow microwave reactor scale-up, C-Tech offers the C-Wave PRD. The unique continuous flow microwave reactor is supplied as a self-contained unit mounted on skids and can operate at up to 250°C and pressures of 30bar. C-Wave PRDs have been used for many years in laboratories, primarily in the pharmaceutical and fine/specialty chemical industries. We have a wide range of applications for new syntheses based on these experiences, resulting in faster reactions with higher yields and fewer byproducts. The rapid microwave heating process and precise heating control reduce side product reactions and significantly increase yields in a fraction of the time using traditional methods.
