About This Product

Ideal for measuring the adhesive strength of adhesive products. LAT-06A Adhesive Retention Meter is suitable for measuring the adhesion retention of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, medical stickers, adhesive labels, protective films and other products. Compliant standards JIS Z0237, GB/T 4851-1998, ASTM D3654

■Product features

・With 6 test stations, 6 samples can be measured simultaneously. ・The weight is demagnetized and has no effect on the experimental results. - Test plates and test weights designed strictly according to standards ensure the accuracy of test data. ・Quick test operation and data display function with PVC operation panel/microcomputer control with liquid crystal display - Automatic timing, locking functions, etc. ensure high accuracy of test results.

■Measurement principle

The test plate with the adhesive specimen attached is hung vertically on the test bench, and the standard weight is suspended from its lower end. The persistence (ability to withstand tension) of an adhesive specimen is measured by the displacement of the specimen after a certain period of time or the time at which the specimen is completely detached.
