About This Product

■Applications

This film applicator is an adjustable film thickness applicator. Forms a uniform film of various coating materials such as paints and adhesives on a smooth base. Place the sample at the tip of the large terminal blade. The micrometer is used to adjust the gate, and the spacing and gap can be set in a range of 0 to 13000 μm in 10 μm increments. The applicator can be adjusted upward or downward to adjust the gap and ultimately the film thickness.
