About This Product
Using the plasma ion implantation method, it is possible to apply diamond-hard, low-friction, highly adhesive coatings to metals, resins, and rubber materials of various shapes.
DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating uses plasma ion implantation deposition equipment to form a low-friction DLC film.
■Features
・Can also handle workpieces with complex shapes. By using the workpiece itself as a plasma generation source, plasma is formed along the shape, allowing gas to wrap around rough shapes and insides to form a film.
・Excellent lubricity. Excellent lubricity due to formation of a low friction coefficient film
・In addition to metals and aluminum, film can also be formed on resin and rubber. Film formation possible at low temperatures
・It is possible to form a film with flexibility that follows the base material (the film is difficult to peel off even with resin)
