About This Product

In addition to the design that reduces pressure loss, it also has excellent characteristics required for gas filters, such as filtration characteristics and gas displacement characteristics. Uses high purity alumina. The element used in CoorsTek's in-line gas filter "CEPURE®" is made of 99.9% or more high-purity alumina with excellent corrosion resistance, and has fine pores consisting of two or three layers that are uniformly controlled. ■Basic information

Since CoorsTek Corporation began selling CEPURE® in-line gas filters in 1988, we have consistently worked to improve the purity and purity of gas lines for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The first generation was the ``M Series,'' which adopted a hexagonal multichannel type element, and in 1992, the second generation ``TM Series,'' which maintained particle removal performance and improved gas displacement characteristics, was released on the market. Currently, the CEPURE® series has evolved into the third generation "STM series," which pursues even higher gas displacement characteristics and is even more compact, and has received high praise from users.
