■Single screw pump

Due to its stable quantitative properties, it can be used in a wide range of applications, including transporting upper and sewage sludge, sludge, bilges, and food, and can accommodate a wide range of specifications depending on the application.

■Features/Usage examples
-Can handle high viscosity and high concentration liquids. Depending on the physical properties, it is possible to have a maximum viscosity of 200,000 cps and a water content of about 50%.
・It is reversible, so even if the rotation direction is reversed, the performance will not change except that the suction and discharge directions will be reversed.
・The number of parts is small and the structure is simple.
-The shaft seal is on the suction side, which reduces the burden on the shaft seal material and makes maintenance easy.
-Especially strong self-priming ability. It has a self-priming capacity of approximately 8.5m of water column.
・Can send liquids containing solids (maximum particle size 50mmφ), fibers, flocs, etc. without destroying them.
・Since it is a positive displacement pump, it is quantitative and is not affected by pressure changes.
・Less pulsation and does not stir the liquid.
・By changing the materials of the rotor and stator, it is possible to pump any liquid or semi-dry substance up to a temperature of 150℃.
・Does not contaminate or change the quality of the pumped liquid.
