About This Product

■SummaryThis machine is a tabletop surface grinder that is a smaller version of the surface grinder used in the production process for use in laboratories or laboratories. Equipped with a cup-shaped wheel, it is suitable for grinding various samples that require highly accurate flat surfaces.
In addition, although it is small, it has been designed to allow various optimal machining conditions to be set through three combinations of spindle rotation speed, depth of cut, and table feed speed, and with these combinations, it is possible to grind a variety of samples.

■Features1) The rotational speed of the spindle is continuously variable, so you can select the rotational speed according to the machining characteristics of the sample.
2) Since the grinding depth can be set from a minimum of 0.001mm, a highly accurate flat surface can be obtained with less sag on the outer periphery of the sample.
3) Table feeding is automatic and the feeding speed is also continuously variable.
4) The metal mount table (high parallelism accuracy) is set on a magnetic clamp, so it is easy to attach and detach the sample.
