About This Product

■Summary

This machine can perform lap grinding and polishing (forced cutting/constant pressure polishing) in one machine, making it possible to grind and polish new materials and test processing conditions.

■Features

1) Combined grinding and polishing processing from rough grinding to lapping and polishing is possible with one chucking. (Lap grinding = forced cutting/constant pressure polishing) 2) The workpiece is mounted on the bottom and the lapping tool is mounted on the top, allowing the lapping pressure to be controlled as desired. (9.8～784N) 3) Mirror finishing of workpiece size Φ200mm is possible. 4) Vacuum chucks can also be installed on the workpiece and lap parts. (Optional)

Precision grinding and polishing of silicon wafers, hard disk substrates (crystalline glass), crystal units, mechanical seals, block gauges, and other electronic and optical parts. <Set example>
