About This Product

■Summary

This machine is a versatile polishing machine that can polish everything from microstructure examinations to microstructure examinations, developed from 50 years of polishing experience. A variety of accessories such as sample holders can be used, and in combination with a polishing surface plate and polishing sheet, high-precision mirror polishing can be achieved.

■Features

1) By using a high-torque motor, polishing can be performed without rotational unevenness even in a wide range of rotations (high, medium, and low). 2) By replacing the lapping surface plate and replacing accessories such as abrasive paper, you can use a method that suits your purpose, from polishing the reference surface of the specimen to mirror finishing. 3) The sturdy body allows for easy installation of options such as a power head. 4) The table rotation speed can be set digitally, making it easy to numerically manage machining conditions. 5) Equipped with a timer for setting polishing time, allowing automatic processing.

■Applications

1) Mirror finishing of samples for instrumental analysis such as EPMA and SEM. 2) Mirror polishing of Si substrates, GaAs, and optical glass. 3) Mirror polishing of the gold phase test sample without any rims. 4) Polishing the end and side surfaces of optical fibers. 5) Angle polishing of composite interface. 6) Product quality inspection. 7) Polishing of physical property test samples. 8) Preparation of thin section samples of rocks and minerals. <Standard set example>
