■Features

The CBN blade (B) has the same structure as the metal bond type (M), but the binder (B) is a resin that has much higher heat resistance than the binder resin that was commonly used in the past. For this reason, it is a type of blade that retains the sharpness of the (conventional) and has the same wear resistance as the (M).

High hardness materials such as die steel, high speed steel (SKH), tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.
