A flange-type torque meter that measures the torque of a rotating shaft without contact.
Infrared transmission, which is resistant to electromagnetic noise, makes it possible to install the torque meter and dynamo close together, and outputs torque values as frequency pulses and receives them via a high-speed interface, solving the problem of electrification noise. In long-term durability tests, the limit torque of rated x 500% was well received as being difficult to break.
The dual range of switching between large and small rated torque is effective for efficiency tests that measure a wide torque range with high precision. The same type can cover a wide measurement range by replacing the rotor. A flange-type torque meter that outputs the torque and speed of a rotating shaft as an analog voltage, CAN, or frequency pulse is a product that is ideal for users.
