About This Product
For positioning by vacuum, adsorption, suction, tension, and conveyance that requires flatness and flatness.
■Features
・Air suction system that suctions and adsorbs the workpiece through a perforated steel belt, resulting in a smooth surface.
・It has suction power so it can stay flat. Creates a table/stage that does not cause objects to fall or shift even when tilted
・The workpiece is completely attached to the steel belt surface. A perfectly flat dead flat can be formed*
・Hole diameter, hole pitch, and hole position can be set arbitrarily
・Belt surface is flat (plane)
・Vertical vibration of belt 0.08mm or less
- Stable running with installation of EPC (meandering prevention device)
・Vacuum, suction, and suction can be performed even on the lower side (return side) of the conveyor belt.
*The range varies depending on the shape of the workpiece and suction area.
■Applications
・Continuous printing and image inspection on steel belt
・Breathable (non-breathable) film, sheet lamination, roll-to-roll lamination or sheet cutting
・Even if it is cylindrical, it is possible to align objects with a flat part on the head or bottom by changing the shape of the suction and conveyance hole.
・Transportation that prevents the workpiece from shifting even if it is subjected to inertia
・Device mounting and positioning
・Applications to printable electronics, printed electronics, and FPC (flexible printed circuit boards)
■Experiments, tests, and costs using demo machines
We have a demonstration machine for experimenting with suction/adsorption conveyors. If you can determine the conditions and specifications using this demo machine, you will be able to design and manufacture even more accurately. Please come to our office and try it out, or send us a test product and we will send you the test results. If you come to our company for an experiment, an operator will operate and consult with you.
If you come to our office for a test, the first test will be done free of charge in most cases.
■Options
・EPC (meandering prevention device): A device that automatically manages meandering of steel belts.
・Surface coating: Wear-resistant fluororesin coating, black coating, and low-reflection coating are available.
・Lower side suction/adsorption: Suction/adsorption can be performed on the lower side (return side) of the belt.
- Suction hole pattern change: You can change the hole pattern to be the most suitable for the suction work.
