About This Product
When the light from a halogen lamp is focused on a single point, high temperatures reaching 1,400℃ to 1,500℃ can be obtained if conditions are good. Furthermore, the temperature can be controlled arbitrarily from room temperature to maximum temperature by changing the supply voltage. Since lamp heating is non-contact heating, completely clean heating and heating in a vacuum are possible.
The size of the spot is determined by the lamp and mirror size and focal length, but special light distribution designs such as widening the irradiation range or providing arbitrary distribution are possible. While responding to various specifications with the highest capacity, we achieve low prices and short delivery times.
■Characteristics
Light output rises almost instantaneously, and voltage control allows for easy and precise output control. Because it heats with light, no heat medium is required, allowing for completely clean heating and low cost. Heating in a vacuum is also possible.
If this heater is a 150W lamp, it can be lit continuously in a normal open atmosphere, but if it is used in a closed atmosphere or a lamp larger than 150W is used, a water cooling unit ( WCU-60) or air cooling type or fan cooling type.
