When the light from a halogen lamp is focused on a single point, high temperatures reaching 1,400℃ to 1,500℃ can be obtained if conditions are good. Furthermore, the temperature can be controlled arbitrarily from room temperature to maximum temperature by changing the supply voltage. Since lamp heating is non-contact heating, completely clean heating and heating in a vacuum are possible.
The size of the spot is determined by the lamp and mirror size and focal length, but special light distribution designs such as widening the irradiation range or providing arbitrary distribution are possible. While responding to various specifications with the highest capacity, we achieve low prices and short delivery times.
■Characteristics
A light-heating spot heater that concentrates the light of a halogen lamp and heats it to a high temperature. Achieved ultra-low cost heating. The focal length is approximately φ5mm at a focal length of 15mm. Depending on the object to be heated, it can be heated up to approximately 1,300℃.
The time required for soldering is approximately 5 seconds. Since it heats with light and does not require a heat medium, it allows for perfect clean heating. It is also possible to heat it in a vacuum.
High efficiency mirror design and high reflectance gold plated mirror specifications. HSH-35 has a front protective glass made of quartz. It is divided into a mirror part and a lamp part, and only the lamp part or mirror part can be replaced.
