■Requirements for vacuum pressure supply (for pressures near or below atmospheric pressure)
・>50 L/min pumping speed (requires autovent function)
・The exhausted gas passes through the vacuum supply side. When operating at high pressures, provide adequate protection on the vacuum supply side.
