About This Product

Semi-automatic, small-scale production, economical filling and vacuum plugging equipment for prefilled syringes.The filling accuracy of the liquid is outstanding, and there is no air contamination in the finished product.

■Filling section

・Uses a 4-piece micro-filling system manufactured by IVEK in the United States, with outstanding filling accuracy. - A high pack or rack containing 100 syringes (or 64 syringes) is moved by an X-Y robot and filled 4 at a time. *We design and manufacture according to customer needs. ・Production amount: Approximately 1,200 to 2,000 pieces/hour *However, it varies depending on the skill level of the worker.

■Vacuum capping part

・Composed of vacuum chamber and control ・For high packs, attach the pack to the rack, place the inner stopper plate on top, and place it in the chamber. ・If you use a rack from the time of filling, place the separately prepared loading plate for the inner stopper on top of the rack and place it into the chamber. ・Degassing the chamber using a vacuum pump ・Degassing programs can be set from 2 to 4 stages depending on the viscosity of the liquid, etc. ・The air mixed in the syringe is removed, and at the same time the degassing is completed, the punch plate descends and pushes the inner stopper, and the inner stopper is inserted to the top of the liquid by injecting air or nitrogen gas. ・Standard chamber dimensions: 255mm (W) x 290mm (D) x 280mm (H) *Special sizes can also be designed and manufactured. ・Standard controller dimensions: 600mm (W) x 475mm (D) x 330mm (H) ・Production amount: Approximately 1,200 to 2,000 pieces/hour
