About This Product
DISI-A is a tablet disintegration tester that uses a PC and PH21 software to safely and easily control all operations and data analysis and collection. Test methods such as temperature control, temperature adjustment, and exercise time can be set. DISI-A Touch is a model with 4GB memory that is operated with a touch screen. You can also print the data after the test directly or save it to a USB memory.
The basket is magnetic and can be easily removed and cleaned. Meets EP/USP Pharmacopoeia requirements and is fully compliant with 21 FCR Part 11.

The PH21 Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance System allows you to centrally control and evaluate tablet testers, disintegration testers and weighing machines. Once stored in a central product database, all test data for each product is available to connected devices. For large applications, the PH21 system can be installed and run as a client/server application.
The entire software is 100% FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and allows for a wide range of evaluation options for completed test data. Automatic backups in the background ensure fail-safe in-process control.
