About This Product

■Features: FDR filter media/FD filter media

A cylindrical filter medium exclusively for candle-shaped filters FDR type/FD type filtration machines. This cylindrical filter media is available in plastic and metal with excellent chemical resistance, and by attaching a replaceable filter cloth such as polypropylene, you can choose the chemical resistance, filtration accuracy, etc. The used filter cloth can be washed by instant back pressure washing without removing it from the filter, and can be used repeatedly. The filtration area can be selected from 2.4m2 to 51.3m2 depending on the number of filter media installed, making it suitable for filtration of various chemicals, plating solutions, and coolant solutions.

■Features: Sepanar filter media

A cylindrical filter medium exclusively for candle-shaped filter FDS type filters. This cylindrical filter media is a filter fabric filter material that is specially laminated with a PTFE membrane with excellent chemical resistance on the surface of polypropylene non-woven fabric. A filter equipped with this filter media continuously repeats filtration and backwashing, concentrating the collected cake at the bottom of the filter. The PTFE membrane on the non-woven surface provides very high filtrate accuracy without the use of auxiliary agents, making it suitable for cake recovery from dilute solutions. The filtration area can be selected from 2.4m2 to 51.3m2 depending on the number of filter media installed, making it suitable for filtration of various chemicals and plating solutions.
