About This Product

Content capacity: around 500-1,000L

■Hybrid container that combines the advantages of other large containers with a metal container + thick-walled resin tank design.

・Durability ・Highly efficient transportation ・Improved filling efficiency ・Easy to change specifications By placing a PE container (rotational molded product) inside the tank, the liquid content will not adhere to the metal inner surface. Custom-made products are available in various materials (SS400, stainless steel, aluminum, PP cloth, etc.). Features

■Robust double safety design

The outer frame is a reinforced frame plate made of zinc dip-plated and bent type, and the inner frame is a polyethylene rotary molded tank, which provides solid stability and reduces body bulge.

■High cost performance that can be used repeatedly

- Stronger than IBC containers and can withstand repeated use. ・Because it is manufactured using an assembly method, parts that are damaged can be replaced. ・With the inner bag (PE) inside the tank, the contents do not stick to the inner wall, making cleaning the container much easier. It is also used to prevent a film on the liquid surface.

■Easy cleaning

-The top opening is large (Φ400) and the bottom of the tank has a funnel structure that is more angled than IBC containers (up to 30 degrees), allowing even highly viscous liquids to be discharged without remaining inside the tank. - An inner bag (PE) can be set in the tank, so the contents will not stick to the tank, eliminating the need to clean the container.
