About This Product

Ultrasonic flowmeter is newly added to the lineup for fuel gas measurement. We have achieved wide rangeability and measurement of minute flow rates by taking advantage of the characteristics of ultrasonic waves. This flowmeter is resistant to dust and is ideal for burners with large turndowns and for controlling (visualizing) fuel gas usage. Jointly developed product with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.

■Wide range and high performance

Realizes a wide range of 1:50 from minimum flow rate to maximum flow rate. Accurate measurement is possible even in low flow areas. Ideal for gas flow measurement of burners with large turndown.

■High durability

Compared to other measurement methods, it is more resistant to oil mist and is recommended to be installed in vertical piping (from bottom to top) as a countermeasure against oil mist caused by the reliquefaction phenomenon of butane and propane.

■No need for straight pipe section, saving space

Accurate measurements can be made even when installed immediately after elbow piping or flexible piping. *Please ensure a distance of 10D or more from the governor both upstream and downstream. Otherwise, flow rate measurement may not be possible. (D: Piping diameter)

■Selectable drive power source

Select from AC power supply/DC power supply/built-in battery.

■Easy battery replacement

The battery can be replaced by the customer without removing it from the piping.

■Supports visualization with abundant output functions

Unit pulse/4-20mADC/RS485 (Modbus/RTU). *RS485 is only available with AC or DC power specifications.

■Simple conversion also available

Conversion is possible by simply setting the pressure manually.

■Protection structure is IP64, can be used outdoors

Exposure to high temperatures may cause deterioration of the electronic board and battery consumption. We recommend installing a sunshade cover to prevent temperature rise. *Sunshade cover: Available as an option.
