About This Product

■Water leak prevention washerThere are many cases in which the flexibility and adhesion of rubber are used to provide sealing or cushioning functions during fastening. However, since rubber alone cannot maintain its strength, a metal washer is required for backup and retention, which affects cost performance.

This product has strong adhesive strength due to vulcanization welding of metal and rubber, so there is little rubber escaping during fastening, and the rubber gets caught up in the threaded part, maintaining high sealing performance, as well as providing anti-vibration and anti-loosening properties. It is expected to have a variety of functions such as vibration absorption, seat scratch prevention, and insulation.

In conjunction with this product, Azuma Neji also offers water leakage prevention screws (nuts).
