About This Product
Automatically measures the wire adhesion force of crimp terminals. During measurement, load values are displayed in real time. Detects breakage and holds PEAK value. Automatically stops pulling. The measurement unit can be switched between N, Kg, and Ib.

■Features
- Pull the wire with a motor and measure the load until the wire separates from the terminal or breaks.
・Measurement can be performed at a constant speed.
- Securely clamps various terminals such as box terminals, tab terminals, and pin terminals.
・Wire clamps are compatible with thin wires (0.13Sq) to thick wires (5Sq)
・It is more compact and can be placed anywhere.
・Data management using a PC has become even more convenient.
■Terminal clamper
The terminal clamper has a maximum clamping width of 8 mm. Just raise the lever and lightly pinch the terminal to clamp it. There is no need to worry about the shape or orientation of the terminals. The clamper is wedge-shaped and generates a powerful clamping force using tensile force.
■Wire clamper
Insert the wire between the roller and jig and press the START button to automatically clamp it. Wires can be clamped from a minimum length of 80mm. The structure is such that the clamping force is increased by being pulled by the clamper on the terminal side. Wires from 0.13sq to 5sq can be clamped. *Opening/closing lever is optional.
■Graphs and data
By using dedicated PC software, it is possible to graph the load change until failure. Data can be automatically transferred to Excel. *RS232C cable is not included.
