Therefore, there is no "out-of-step phenomenon" like in stepping motors or "hunting phenomenon" like in servo motors, contributing to lower vibration and improved reliability of the equipment.

■Reduced positioning time due to "high torque performance" in "low speed rotation range"

Since it has high torque in the low speed rotation range, it can shorten positioning time in short stroke and high hit rate fields. Additionally, it has higher torque characteristics in the low speed range than normal servo motors, allowing the system size to be reduced.

■Achieves a significant reduction in motor heating and "low vibration" with optimal current supply

Since the current is optimally controlled according to the load and the minimum necessary current is supplied to the motor according to the required torque, the rise in motor temperature is significantly reduced compared to a stepping system that is always driven at maximum current. . In addition, vibration is reduced by checking the rotor position, controlling the excitation timing to always be optimal, and controlling the motor to prevent excess current from flowing. Reducing motor heat generation and vibration enables high-frequency operation, contributing to higher efficiency and lower power consumption of equipment.
