■Achieving high torque with a small driver/motor
By reviewing and optimizing the parts, we have achieved a significant reduction in size and weight compared to our conventional products. High torque can be obtained with a small driver/motor.
■"Auto micro function"/"micro step drive" that realizes low vibration and smooth operation
The "auto micro function" allows smooth operation even with coarse resolution settings for 1 division (full step) and 2 divisions (half step). Vibration can be suppressed regardless of the constraints of the control device. With the "microstep drive" method, the basic step angle of 0.72° can be set to 16 resolutions from 1 to 250 divisions. Achieves smooth operation with less vibration.
■A wide variety of "set models" are available, allowing you to choose according to the characteristics of your equipment.
The lineup includes a set model that includes a driver and motor for each AC power input and DC power input. Two types of DC power input set models are available: microstep and full/half step drivers.
■“Linear drive stepping motor” contributes to effective use of mounting space
The "Linear Drive Stepping Motor" achieves miniaturization by integrating the motor and ball screw. Contributes to downsizing of equipment and effective use of mounting space.

For example, we can customize stepping motors suitable for a wide range of vacuum environments, from low vacuum to ultra-high vacuum. It is approximately the same size as a normal stepping motor, and can be mounted and driven directly in a vacuum environment without the need for a vacuum introducer. In addition, we can flexibly respond to individual requirements such as "torque adjustment" and "speed adjustment.
