About This Product
■Features
1. This product is an electric lock with a built-in self-holding solenoid (keep solenoid).
2. By energizing the solenoid, it switches between locked and unlocked states.
3. The built-in microswitch (MS1) detects the status of part number 4 lock cam.
4. This product has a drip-proof structure that will not lose its functionality even if it gets wet if it is installed in the correct vertical direction.
■Notes
1.Depending on the trajectory of the door, there may be interference between the main body and the keeper, so please verify on the drawing or on the actual machine.
2. Do not apply load to the lock cam from the side.
3. Do not put any load on the lead wires.
4. This product can only be used in the installation direction shown in this diagram. (Cannot be used upside down or sideways)
5. When this product is in the locked state (as shown in the figure), if a load is applied to the lock cam in the direction of opening the door, the solenoid operation will be inhibited and the door will not be unlocked. (*) When using this method, please also use a catch to hold the door.
*Load in the door opening direction: Constant load in the door opening direction due to the repulsion of the packing between the door and the case, spring hinges, etc.
6. Although this product has drip-proof properties, please refrain from using it in locations where freezing, dew condensation, dust, etc. occur, or where this product is exposed directly outdoors.
7. If this product is energized continuously for more than 5 seconds, it may generate heat and may break. The next time you use it, allow the solenoid coil to cool down sufficiently.
