About This Product
A sliding material with high self-lubricating properties and wear resistance. A heat-resistant type that can be used up to 200℃. Contains a high content (≧40%, weight ratio) of tungsten disulfide (WS2) and other substances in a safe engineering binder. It is characterized by mechanical strength and excellent elasticity values.
It has improved wear resistance than conventional carbon-based materials. It is also highly economical (low price). It can be applied as a wide range of sliding materials such as slide plates, bearing pads, rails, and holding materials.

・Manufacturable shapes and sizes have a high degree of freedom as molding is applied (other than plate shapes are also possible)
・Good machinability
・No electrical conductivity or current collection
・We use an order-to-order production system to accommodate individual request specifications (standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks)
・It is possible to adjust the lubrication properties within a certain range (this sliding material was developed with the main purpose of preventing seizure)
・Depending on the application, it is recommended to use it in combination with WS2 spray - measures against early wear, improves lubrication properties, extends material life, reduces maintenance load, etc.
