About This Product

QRD is an automatic ink density adjustment device based on a new concept in which a divided ink drawing rubber roller is driven by an air cylinder and the contact time with the ink fountain roller is controlled by a computer. QRD controls time rather than the conventional method of controlling film thickness, so it has many features such as ink amount adjustment in 0.1% increments and no need for zero point setting.

■Because it is a time control method

- Accurate ink adjustment is possible with 0.1% increments. ・Concentration differences due to ink viscosity are less likely to occur. - There is no need to adjust the 0 point of the blade and fountain. ・Ink output amount 0% is 0 and no ink comes out at all. ・There is no need to worry about the vibration of the calling roll (shock).

■One-touch ink up system (setting ink on the machine before printing)

・Automatically and quickly. ・With high precision, the density can be stabilized with just a few sheets of waste paper (board). ・There is no need to spray ink on both sides.

■The fountain roll uses a high-performance motor for driving.

・Speed ​​followability is also perfect. ・Ink can be mixed inside the pot.

■Saving and recalling data

-One memory card can store 8,000 data of 1,000 types. - Data can be retrieved with one touch (barcode).

■The control panel and operation panel are

・Since a general-purpose sequencer is used, there are almost no failures. ・Since it uses a sequencer instead of a microcomputer, it can be used for a long period of time. - Operation uses a touch panel, so it is easy to see and trouble-free.

■No need to change the ink fountain, easy maintenance and low installation cost

・Cost is low because you only need to replace the calling roller and drive the fountain roller with an inverter. -Easy maintenance as there is no need to replace the ink fountain.
