About This Product
QRD is an automatic ink density adjustment device based on a new concept in which a divided ink drawing rubber roller is driven by an air cylinder and the contact time with the ink fountain roller is controlled by a computer. QRD controls time rather than the conventional method of controlling film thickness, so it has many features such as ink amount adjustment in 0.1% increments and no need for zero point setting.
■Because it is a time control method
- Accurate ink adjustment is possible with 0.1% increments.
・Concentration differences due to ink viscosity are less likely to occur.
- There is no need to adjust the 0 point of the blade and fountain.
・Ink output amount 0% is 0 and no ink comes out at all.
・There is no need to worry about the vibration of the calling roll (shock).
