About This Product
Can be used for soft-touch super inking rollers and shock-proof rolls. The Rhino Roller has a smooth and extremely soft roller surface, and exhibits the best performance in both ink crushing (solid) and halftone dot reproducibility (process), suppressing ghosting and reducing shock marks.
■Effects of Rhinorolla
・Good ink blending, good ink adhesion and crushing

■Comparison of Rhino roller and NBR rubber roller
The shock absorption power of Rhino Roller is approximately twice that of NBR rubber roll. NBR rubber requires about 12.2 pounds (5.5 kg), but Rhino Roll can produce the same nip width (6.35 mm) at about half that, 6.4 pounds (2.9 kg).
■ Rhinorolla feels soft to the touch.
It gently absorbs the jump of the pick roll and the shock of the pick roll that occurs due to notches in the plate cylinder, etc.
■Care and storage of Rhino Roller
・Rhino Rolla is a very soft roller. Be sure to store it by holding it by the shaft. Avoid placing objects on the roller surface or placing it directly on it.
- Do not clean with organic solvents such as toluene, trichlene, trichloroethane, or MEK. Please use a cleaning agent specifically designed for rollers.
