About This Product
Velograph, which was developed by Westland in Germany as an ink roll for oil-based printing, has excellent ink transfer properties due to the fine roll surface and the flexible elasticity unique to the material. In addition, because it has strong chemical resistance to ink and cleaning fluids, the roll outer diameter and rubber hardness are stable, allowing printing to continue under favorable conditions. Because the ink transfer properties are good, it is possible to print with a limited amount of ink, which can also be expected to reduce ink mileage.
The Velo series is an eco-friendly rubber roller that aims to reduce environmental impact by stabilizing printing.
■CO2 reduction
Stable printing reduces electricity consumption during printing and contributes to CO2 reduction.
■Non-alcoholic printing
Not using IPA leads to printing that is friendly to the environment and the health of workers.
■VOC reduction
Ink, dampening water, cleaning liquid, etc. used for printing contain oil components and organic compounds, which place a burden on the environment. By reducing usage fees, we reduce the burden on the environment and the human body.
■Good elasticity, low heat generation, stable printing
It has good elasticity and minimizes heat generation, making it suitable for high-speed printing.
■Excellent transferability, reduced ink usage
Ink has good transferability and ink does not accumulate on both sides of the roller. Achieved 20% reduction in usage.
