Safe, hygienic, zero powder leakage Connector for powder production lines that fits any production environment Features of BFM fitting

■Prevent powder accumulation and powder leakage

Connectors with high safety, sanitary properties, and sealing properties A flexible connector for connecting equipment on a production line. The mounting flange ``BFM Spigot'' that serves as the base and the ``BFM Flexible Connector'' in the connecting chute eliminate gaps in the piping and prevent powder accumulation and powder leakage. The connector can be connected and disconnected with one touch for easy and safe work. We offer a wide variety of products to suit your usage environment and applications. BFM fitting solves the problems of conventional flexible shoots.

■No powder buildup inside, improved sanitary properties

The inside of the BFM flexible connector has a flat structure and a hygienic shape with no powder accumulation.

■ Significantly improved working environment

BFM flexible connectors are made of durable material that resists tearing even after repeated use and prevents powder leakage.

■One-touch attachment/detachment improves work efficiency

Since it can be attached and detached without tools, there is no need to tighten the band as in conventional methods, making it safe and helping to prevent installation errors.

■Improved sealing performance in pressurized environments; CIP cleaning also possible

It is tightly sealed even in pressurized environments, so the possibility of damage is low. CIP cleaning is possible as it seals well against water.

■ Seeflex 040AS connector ideal for environments where static electricity generation is a problem

Seeflex040AS is an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Based on 040E, it includes AS (Anti-Static) antistatic function. Suitable for use in situations where static electricity is a problem.
