About This Product

■Summary

The MLP-3 specializes in complex measurements that are impossible with conventional coordinate measuring machines, projectors, and laser microscopes. Features

■MLP-3 enables all-around measurement

By combining a completely non-contact point autofocus probe with a high-precision 5-axis stage, it is possible to measure sub-μm shapes all around the circumference of any workpiece.

■High-precision measurement independent of surface color/reflectance

It is possible to directly measure everything from coated glass with a surface reflectance of only 0.5% to mirror surfaces with a reflectance of 90% or more.

■Approachable from all directions

By approaching the workpiece from the optimal direction, cross-sections and three-dimensional shapes can be measured quantitatively and with high precision.

■Measurement points can be observed

The built-in camera allows you to constantly observe the laser spot and workpiece surface at the measurement point, allowing you to accurately identify and measure the measurement point.

■High correlation with international standards in roughness measurement

Point autofocus type has a high correlation with stylus type roughness measurement and can obtain highly reliable data.
