Both surface roughness and contour shape can be completed with one machine. Features

■If you need to evaluate both surface roughness and contour shape, you can use any combination of detectors to handle any workpiece.

・Equipped with a newly developed wide-range hybrid detector with a measurement range more than twice that of conventional models, efficiently evaluating surface roughness and contour shapes with slopes, undulations, and rounded surfaces in one trace. ・Dedicated detectors for surface roughness measurement/contour shape measurement can be freely replaced or retrofitted depending on the workpiece. ・With one SURFCOM NEX, no other surface roughness/contour measurement equipment is required.

■Complete preparations and measurements in a short time with the fastest drive in its class and wide range hybrid detector

・Significantly increased drive speed reduces drive time when approaching workpieces manually, creating CNC plans, and during CNC measurements ・Improving the efficiency of the entire inspection process from preparation to measurement ・By using a wide range hybrid detector, there is no need to measure surface roughness and contour shape separately, and the precise alignment that is unavoidable when measuring the surface roughness of sloped or rounded surfaces can be omitted. Achieving inspections in the shortest amount of time and effort

■The world's only linear motor drive unit capable of ultra-low vibration measurement and operation at 20±5℃

・Tokyo Seimitsu's patented linear motor drive unit is inherited from the conventional SURFCOMNEX. ・Ultra-low vibration drive mechanism suppresses noise caused by vibration and provides highly accurate measurement results ・Accuracy is guaranteed over a wide temperature range of 20 ± 5 °C by correcting the influence of temperature changes on the scale in real time. ・Calculate highly reliable measurement results even in environments where temperature control is difficult

■Newly developed wide range hybrid detector

The Z-axis measurement range is 13 mm, 2.6 times larger than the previous model. Despite the wide range, it exhibits a high resolution of 0.0009 μm over the entire Z direction measurement range. (When using LH=50 mm gauge head) Additionally, LH=100 mm gauge head is also available which expands the measurement range to 26 mm. Options for both roughness and contour shape
