・With in-screen accuracy of ±1.5 µm and repeatability of ±0.7 µm in high resolution mode (QI-B series), a wide range of areas can be focused and measurements can be made with high precision. ・With a working distance of 90 mm, it is possible to focus even on uneven workpieces without worrying about collisions. ・Acquisition of reliable data with accuracy of ± (3.5+0.02L) μm ・Maximum load mass of 20 kg and stroke of 100 mm in height direction enable measurement of large workpieces ・Measure large workpieces that do not fit within the field of view using the entire display image using stitching (multiple image connection) ・You can quickly find the measurement point and know at a glance if you have forgotten to take a measurement. ・Anyone can easily perform multi-point measurements with just one click on the edge. - Abnormal point removal function automatically cuts unnecessary measurement points, allowing accurate and stable multi-point measurement. ・Within the depth of focus range up to a step difference of up to 22mm, errors due to height position are minimized, making it possible to perform measurements that suppress individual errors due to focusing. ・Suitable for measuring cylindrical workpieces ・One-click execution function allows you to pattern search multiple workpieces on the screen and efficiently measure them all at once. - Eliminates the need for accurate positioning and the preparation of troublesome jigs. ・The XY stage can be moved easily, making it effective for measuring long dimensions. ・For stitching, the motorized stage moves automatically just by specifying the start and end points, so you can easily obtain the entire image.
