MiSTAR 555 is a CNC coordinate measuring machine with the concept of "a measuring machine that can be installed in any environment." All-in-one space-saving structure with a wide temperature range that guarantees accuracy and an environmentally resistant absolute scale. It contributes to improving customer productivity with performance that stands out from conventional coordinate measuring machines.

A three-dimensional measuring machine that is resistant to dirt due to its environment-resistant absolute scale and completely new main body structure. High reliability thanks to real-time temperature correction technology that guarantees accuracy over a wide range of temperatures. Achieved length measurement error E 0 ,MPE= (2.2+3L/1,000) μm. MiSTAR 555 can be installed at the production site and used right next to the processing machine on the production line.
■Ease of use that reduces operator workload.
The cantilevered structure allows the measurement area to be opened on three sides by reconsidering the material of the measuring device itself. Compared to the gate-type structure, it allows for a higher degree of freedom in approaching the measurement stage. Particularly at sites where work space is often limited, you can experience the excellent workability of having three sides open.

Due to the wide accuracy guaranteed temperature range and airless design, it is possible to reduce the need for air conditioners and air supply equipment, making it possible to significantly reduce running costs compared to conventional machines.
