About This Product
Detects the tilt angle relative to the earth's center of gravity and converts it into an electrical signal
This product is a torque balance type detector that we independently developed based on our experience as a measuring instrument manufacturer, and it has many features. Detects the angle of inclination from the horizontal or vertical, and the electrical output is proportional to the sine (or cosine) of the inclination angle. Where the inclination angle is small, an output proportional to the inclination angle can be obtained.

■Torque balance method developed by our company
This is a completely new torque balance method developed by our company, which combines a meter mechanism and an electronic circuit based on a photocoupler to form a bridge circuit, and has many excellent features.
■High precision and high resolution
High resolution allows for highly accurate measurements.
■Output is proportional to sine (sinθ)
An electrical output proportional to the sine (sinθ) of the inclination angle is obtained. Therefore, in places where the angle of inclination is small, it is possible to obtain an electrical output that is approximately proportional to the angle of inclination. Also, by changing the installation by 90 degrees, it is possible to obtain an electrical output proportional to the cosine (cosθ) of the inclination angle.
■Output is large and constant current output
Since the electrical output is large, the display can be read directly with an electric meter without the use of an amplifier. Also, since the output is a constant current output method, it is hardly affected by changes in load resistance.
■Wide operating temperature range
In order to withstand use not only in Japan but also overseas, we use parts that can withstand a wide temperature range.
■Less affected by temperature and aging
Because it is balanced by a bridge circuit, the output current is stable over a wide range of temperature changes. Similarly, even if the parts used change over time due to long-term use, the output current is corrected by the bridge circuit and remains stable. You can get the following output.
■Strong mechanical strength
Although it has a configuration that applies a meter mechanism, the balance torque generated by the current is very strong, so it has strong mechanical strength and excellent vibration and impact resistance.
Easy zero position adjustment
The zero position is fully adjusted at the time of shipment, but if you wish to correct any deviations in the zero position due to incorrect installation, etc., it can be easily adjusted externally electrically.
■Low power consumption
Since the power consumption is low, it can be easily powered by batteries, etc., and can also be used as a portable device.
