About This Product
RAiO Technology sells the RA6963 dot matrix LCD display controller. The RA6963 can superimpose text mode and graphic mode, making it suitable for small and medium-sized monochrome LCD displays with low cost and low power consumption.
RA6963 has a built-in 256-word display character ROM. Characters such as half-width alphanumeric characters and Japanese kana can be displayed. Furthermore, each area of text/graphics/external character network can be arbitrarily specified within the total 64KB of external memory and can be moved freely.
RA6963 is designed to replace Toshiba's T6963C. Furthermore, it offers a wide variety of functions. Supports display black and white inversion, bold font, and full display on/off functions. It can be directly replaced in the same package as the T6963C, and can shorten development time by leaving the current product's circuit design unchanged.
