The RA8806-J is an LCD controller that has a built-in JIS standard 1 and 2 kanji ROM and can display both text and graphics on a dot-matrix LCD display. When combined with the high-level integration of the RA8806, it is suitable for low-cost, low-power, small-to-medium-sized monochrome LCD displays that display a large amount of information.
RA8806T1N-J has a built-in 512KB character font ROM and 512B CGROM with character generator function, and can display characters from many countries.
If touch panel function is required, you can use the touch panel controller function built into RA8806T1N-J. Moreover, RA8806 offers diverse features. It also provides functions for rotating text and images, setting display mode, text enlargement, bold font, and spacing between columns.
The RA8806T1N-J's low voltage operation with a power supply voltage of up to 2.4V, wide operating temperature range of -30 to 90°C, and small package make it suitable for small and medium-sized display systems that support a wide range of applications.
