It is said that most cases where the device freezes can be recovered by restarting the device. With the introduction of "NON Freeze", you can automatically restart the system without having to go to the site, even on holidays or late at night, saving opportunity losses due to system outages and the time and effort of system staff.

■Automatically restarts when freeze is detected by PING and port monitoring

PING monitoring does not tell you whether application programs such as web servers are running. "NON Freeze" is the only device in Japan dedicated to life-and-death monitoring. *Port monitoring is also possible, so it monitors whether the service is running and automatically restarts the device if a problem occurs.

■Reduce unnecessary electricity costs by managing power ON/OFF using schedule function

Digital signage and other devices can be turned on and off at predetermined times, so you don't have to go to the trouble of manually operating them, and you can also save on electricity costs.

■Manage anywhere with your smartphone or computer

Even if the monitored target is installed in a remote location, you can check the operating status and restart the system from your smartphone or computer. As an option, we can also provide a unified management service for multiple "NON Freeze" systems.

■Notify you of malfunctions, restarts, and recovery by email

An email will be automatically sent to the pre-specified email address when a problem occurs, when the system is restarted, or when recovery is completed. You only need to respond if you do not receive a recovery email, which greatly reduces the burden on administrators.

■High reliability developed based on a design concept that assumes 24-hour, 365-day operation

In order to prevent "NON Freeze" from freezing itself, it is purposely not equipped with an OS, and has a circuit design and program configuration similar to those of home appliances such as refrigerators that operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, keeping the failure rate extremely low. Furthermore, it is equipped with a self-diagnosis function and can perform mutual monitoring between NON Freezes, boasting high reliability.
